The New Cans Have Arrived!

To be quite honest, the first can was a little bit of a problem. When we decided to go with the traditional “beer can” size, we thought canning 375 ml of wine was a great idea.

It’s a shape people are familiar with. No one would have to resize their coozie collection. But, see, most people are used to doing simple mathematics when indulging in an alcoholic beverage: 1 can = 1 drink. For Allison Avenue can version 1.0, this was not the case. As it turns out, 375 ml is half a bottle of wine, more like 2.5 drinks.

You can imagine that this has the potential of creating quite the conundrum. But not to fear! We tweaked the design and downsized. So now, at 250 ml, each time you crack a can, it’s much closer to the 1 drink you know and love. We are sorry about your coozie collection, though. Cheers to can 2.0.
